Responsibilities:
✓ Responsible for reporting and data analysis.
✓ Ensure compliance with general accounting standards, policies and procedures.
✓ Develop improvements for continuous optimization and standardization of both accounting systems and processes.
✓ Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
✓ Prepare and review journal entries, allocations, accruals and expenses.
✓ Perform flux analysis and reconcile variances
✓ Work with payroll and government statutory reporting
✓ Collaborate with other departments to ensure all transactions are properly understood, reviewed and recorded
✓ Perform inter-company billing and reconciliation
Skills and qualifications:
➢ Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate
➢ Must have a min of 5years' experience
➢ Must have working experience in Financial, Management Reporting and General Ledger accounting
➢ Must have a strong time management skill to meet deadlines
➢ Must be knowledgeable about government statutory compliance and reporting
➢ Must be knowledgeable with payroll processing
➢ Must have knowledge and experience in handling accounting systems
➢ CPA Passer/Certified- an advantage
