Job description
Qualifications and Job Specifications:
Must be a certified public accountant
Must have at least 5 years experience of end to end accounting
Must have at least 1 year supervisory role
Must have at least 1 year experience as an auditor
Knowledge with SAP Business One, is preferred.
Has in depth Knowledge of GAAD and PFRS.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stay organized
Must have a proactive attitude and brings solution to problems
Must be subject to background check and no records on file
Job Tasks:
Manage the preparation of the company's budget
Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth audit and correct financial statement.
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
Ensure compliance with all tax rules and regulations and with all statutory requirements
Make sure that the company is compliant with all existing and new tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns
Review all accounting data entered the company database. Prepare adjusting entries as necessary
Prepare weekly management reports, monthly and annual financial statements, and any other reports that the management may require
Reconcile all accounts and prepare financial statements
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management while recommending further courses of action
Maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable system to ensure complete and accurate records
Maintain management employee files including computation of confidential payroll
