MUST BE CPA
Must have experience in Quickbooks
2 days WFH, 3 days onsite ; 8am to 5pm schedule
Direct report to Chief Accountant
 
 
Desired Qualifications:
 
-Should have a degree in BS Accountancy and must be a Certified Public Accountant;
-At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
-Required to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks;
-Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software;
-Hands-on experience with manual bookkeeping and data entry or is at least willing to be trained
-Accuracy with attention to details in financial statements for external and internal reporting
-Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks and is well organized
-With pleasing personality towards work and team members
 
 
 
Job Descriptions:
 
-Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the books, accurately preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
-Preparation of all necessary supporting documents for preparation of monthly financial statements
-Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
-Make the necessary year-end backup files
-Perform other accounting works that will be assigned to you and related matters given by the supervisor
-Constantly update job knowledge
