Responsibilities
Assist with the creation, management and execution of test plans for larger feature development
Develop thorough test scenarios and test cases based on user stories and requirements
Undertake manual testing activities, document test results and create defect reports
Develop and execute automated test scripts and contribute to the maintenance of automated test suites
Create and maintain test environments, test lab, test data and documentation
Work collaboratively in an Agile environment to develop a strong understanding of testing objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field
At least 5 years of experience in QA roles with a passion for quality and continuous improvement of product
In-depth knowledge and experience of software testing life cycle
Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in related ceremonies
Proficient in testing Windows-based, API-based and web-based software solutions
Demonstrated experience with automation tools, preferably SmartBear TestComplete and Selenium WebDriver
Demonstrated programming and debugging skills in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or similar languages
Hands on experience with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server
Hands on experience with Web Services and Web API. Familiarity with tools like SOAP UI and Postman
Hands on experience with virtual machines and hypervisors e.g., VMWare and Hyper-V
Experience in performance testing
Experience with TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, and Git
Exposure to Jira and Confluence
Certifications in software testing qualifications
