Job Responsibilities
Designs, develops and executes test plans.
Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of the software under test.
Performs analysis of test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
Consults with the development engineers and other SQA engineers in resolution of problems.
Maintains test data, test equipment and test environment.
Complies with standard test guidelines and practices.
Identifies testing issues and tracks them to closure.
Alerts the development team on major quality issues.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field required.
Good communication skills in English (both written and oral).
Solid experience in C/C++ programming.
Good understanding of the software development life cycle.
At least 1 year experience in embedded systems or software development and testing.
Experience in designing, developing and executing tests (functional and systems tests).
Knowledge of software testing techniques.
Knowledge of hardware testing techniques.
Good analytical and conceptual thinking.
