Job Description :
Works with partner agencies to build fleet requirements of operations in a timely manner.
Collaborate with operations and fleet teams to understand challenges being experienced in dealing and agency partners.
Provide feedback to agencies on deficiencies they may have and work with them to address these so that target hiring is achieved.
Other than improving the hiring capabilities of agencies, also work on having a good retention rate for agencies.
Get feedback from agencies on issues they face from SPX
Work cross functionally within SPX to address valid concerns that agencies may have which limits them to achieve both our goals
Conduct periodic reviews of agency performance.
Provide agencies targets set for them, as well as constantly remind agencies of how they are performing vs their targets. Those not hitting targets work with the agency to come up with plans to get them on track to hitting their targets.
Provide recommendations on poor performing agencies
Share best practices of other agencies.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree Holder
Experience in vendor management role
Excellent communication skills and convincing skills
Experience in root cause analysis and problem solving skills
Stakeholder management.
Sales, account management can be an advantage
