Duties and Responsibilities
1. Weighing and preparation of spice mixes for various products such as Hotdogs, bacons, hams, nuggets, sauces, canned goods and others.
2. Proper filling up of traceability checksheets and other related monitoring forms.
3. Proper checking of all raw materials before use as well as inventory.
4. Compliance to IMS, GMP and Sanitation guidelines of the company.
