Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manually prepares spice mixes for various products such as Hotdogs, bacons, hams, nuggets, sauces, canned goods and others.
2. Properly fills up traceability checksheets and other related monitoring forms.
3. Properly checks raw matls before use as well as for inventory.
4. Compliance to IMS, GMP and Sanitation guidelines of the company.
