Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder in Analytical or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years in data and/or statistical analysis. Collections or financial industry experience a plus
Skills with CallMiner, Nexidia, NICE, Verint or other speech analytics package required
Can start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the performance of the overall Quality speech analytics
Work with various groups internally and externally.
Will serve as the lead analyst on the project
Synthesizing analyses for the execution of scorecards.
Generalizing data, developing queries, ensuring standardization of external files, leading projects that relate directly to the speech analytic platform
Make recommendations for the betterment of the company.
