THE POSITION
The TnE Specialist is responsible for the efficient, effective and accurate processing and monitoring of Expense reports out of Concur, in line with tax, legal requirements and BI internal guidelines. Efficient management and prioritization of TnE tasks to ensure compliance and Service Level Agreements. Actively assist and support the GBS TnE objectives in accordance with the management decision, furthermore monitors and ensures that the TnE processes automation work properly.
The TnE specialist ensures excellent cooperation between various BI cross functional business units and is supporting the continuous improvement in process quality.
Tasks & responsibilities
Prioritize, process and monitor the Expense Reports, in line with tax, legal requirements and BI internal guidelines
Responsibility to assist continuous improvement and suport standardization/harmonization of processes as well as the Management and/or participation in projects for the identification, documentation and support of the realization of optimization potential.
Implementation and sustainable monitoring, as well as ensuring, of defined standard processes
Support and deliver ad-hoc reporting, as requested form the various stakeholders
Participate in cross-functional projects and support Process Management to develop and implement new processes for TnE and crossfunctional business units. Support Audit teams for TnE relevant topics.
Active communication with internal and external business partners as well as employee vendors, relating to any TnE queries
Ensure that all relevant SOPs / Desktop Procedures / S2P Standard Concepts / Working Instructions, defined legal requirements and SLA times are followed.
General principles of Tax Legislation and Code of Commercial Law (VAT Treatment), TnE principles and Guideline, Compliance, variety of internal and external business partners, system and interface diversity.
On daily basis, the TnE Specialist performs the daily routine and in particular special topics with high complexity. Acts as, first point of contact for any communication and escalation, as well as consultant and trainer of the internal and external partners in regards to System, Process and Content. In addition, the TnE Specialist actively participates in projects and push the TnE process automation
Responsible for the efficient, effective and accurate processing and monitoring of TnE tasks in line with legal requirements and BI internal guidelines. Identifies and implements process optimization. Provide TnE services for all business units in various BI entities in different countries.
If innovation and continuous improvements are not driven, the overall process efficiency of assigned S2P Team Center cannot be improved. To improve processes a deep knowledge/close allignment with TnE is required.
Requirements
1-2 years experience in TnE related position
Experienced understanding/knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes
Open mindset
Excellent communication skills
Ability to learn new topics quickly and to transport knowledge to others
Experienced SAP Concur knowledge
Microsoft Office: Experienced knowledge Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Must be fluent in English and Thai language in spoken and written
Excellent project management and presentation skills
Excellent prioritisation ability and time management
Team player
Reliability
Experienced in an international environment and dealt with international customers
Shared Service and Global exposure
Excellent understanding of TnE processes
Ability to improve organizational structures and internal processes
