About the role
We are delighted to announce that an opportunity exists for a Specialist - Microsoft 365 Ops (Voice & VC) at our Manila site in Pasig City, Philippines. This role is responsible for the maintenance and support of global IT infrastructure platforms and support structures.
The Specialist - Microsoft 365 Ops (Voice & VC) role will provide operational support to our customers by providing a high level of expertise across MS365 Cloud services, Microsoft Teams, Telephony/PSTN configuration, Video Conferencing, and related devices.
What you will be doing
Day-to-day Microsoft 365 operational support, across Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Exchange Online and Azure AD
Deploy and support Teams Voice, Telephony/PSTN and Video Conferencing services
Support and maintain Teams related devices covering headsets, handsets, meeting room units and cameras
Setting up Teams direct routing gateways, voice routing policies and dial plans
Support the business with Teams Auto Attendant and Call Queue setup and configuration
Work in a dynamic team environment and autonomously as required, supporting a large global user base
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree qualification in an IT-related discipline
Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
Operational support experience of Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Exchange Online and Azure AD
Knowledge of other telephony systems
Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Advanced PowerShell scripting experience
