Description:
The incumbent is expected to help build the HR General Services responsible for back-end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc. The role will cover the whole scope of the employee life-cycle.
Employee Central Specialist will serve employees within The Chinese Market.
Duties & responsibilities:
Execute and run back-end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc. Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.
Participate in the roll-in of the selected BI countries following the Deployment Roadmap until 2023 regarding Employee Central. Ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for every new country rolled in.
Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
Consultation and creation for all types of contractual documents for internal and external personnel measurements (e.g. New Hires (national/international), Transfers, Contract Extensions, Part Time Work) taken into consideration the country-specific regulations and the respective legal entity company agreement. If required initiation of works council agreement approvals.
Orchestration of all relevant HR-specific On boarding activities
Consultation and realization of reorganization including but not limited to teams, business units and legal entity/corporation.
Liase with the respective HRBP/Local HR to ensure operational process excellence. Provide reliable reports and data to HR BPs and CoEs when required.
Handle special projects and reports for the supported countries under the supervision of the Regional Head of Employee Central
Requirements:
College Degree
Business fluency in English and Mandarin
Expert knowledge in the field of Employee Administration
Extensive customer orientation
International experience
Ideally work experience in different HR roles
Ability to work across business units /geographies; cultural sensitivity
Strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation
