Specialist, Compensation
Are you someone who respond to employee's compensation concerns on a timely manner?
Are you experienced in processing incentives and merit increase?
Are you highly organized to ensure that all documents, reports and trackers of employees are updated and accurate?
Your role as the Compensation and Benefits Specialist is to support the team in the implementation and processing of all employee compensation, as well as other administrative functions. The role will also entail answering related queries and providing resolutions on related issues.
You will have an opportunity to...
-Ensure accuracy of quarterly increase and incentives for all employees
-Responding on a timely manner on the ticketing system
-Process payroll requirements on a bi-weekly basis
-Processing of clearances of resigned employees and endorsing final pay to Finance
-Process documents for all employee movements and update salary information in the system
-Process Certificates of Employment (with and without compensation)
-Maintain and organize files, reports and other documents
-Facilitate Masterfile updates for payroll purposes
-Coordinate regularly with various groups within the organization
-Assess recommend improvements on current procedures
-Ad-hoc tasks, as required

-Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task in a very fast paced and stressful environment
-Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
-Efficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
-Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals
-At least 2 years of experience in a Compensation and Benefits role
-Willing to work full-time and on a rotating schedule. Primarily, shift is on midshift
