Position Summary
Manage day-to-day casino business development initiatives specific to the Junket and Alliance (land-based casino partnerships) VIP lines of business in communication with representatives, players, land-based casino leadership and internal stakeholders to drive highly profitable revenue. Perform special projects and provide support to the casino operating group.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Organizes casino high value FIT and groups business sourced thru Junket Reps and external Casino Marketing Executives.
Execute business development strategies for Alliances in solidifying existing relationships as well as cultivating new business opportunities.
Responsible for the organization of FIT and group sailings for guests including preparation of credit approval letters, stateroom assignment, amenities and stateroom comp reinvestment.
Works with Casino Marketing reps to arrange individual bookings and develop new business.
Identify low-cost sailing opportunities and execute strategies designed to quickly fill stateroom inventory for both Junket and Alliance business.
Communicate with reps and player on a daily basis.
Makes recommendation to senior staff in determining credit limits for players.
Supports planning, collateral creation and sailing recommendations for land-based Alliance events.
Works with our internal departments to enhance demand generation initiatives.
Ensures that Customer Service is performed at the highest standards.
Lead ship-to-shore communications on behalf of the casino department for real-time problem solving.
Performs related duties as required with or without accommodation.
Develops and implements strategies to maximize revenue and reduce expenses.
Analyzes financial performance of casino groups, individual bookings and player program.
Administration duties, which will include the use of multiple computer programs.
