Help Xendit Philippines grow its TPV at least 30% MoM
Outcomes
You will be a part of a small elite team of super-achievers who work on various cross functional projects. You will be thrown at different tasks and problems across the Company, learning how to build a business from scratch, how to solve absolutely any problem, how to achieve any possible goal directly from senior leadership. This role comes with great autonomy allowing you to identify problems, carry out analysis, design solutions and execute them.
Execute high priority projects to ensure we achieve our goals
This role comes with great autonomy allowing you to identify problems, carry out analysis, design solutions and execute them
Collaborate with different teams within the company to identify, review and solve problems
Monitor communications with stakeholders in other Xendit offices
Lead meeting preparation and debrief, creating agendas to ensure efficiency and summaries to maximize stakeholder return on time
Work on multiple projects in parallel that will require you to be adaptable across multiple functions
Some previous projects have involved: identifying new business opportunities, hiring talented people, measuring KPIs for different teams, creating
SOPs to establish operations processes
Assist in preparation of reports, pitch decks, and presentations
Support execution of day-to-day operations, including but not limited to external communications, merchant operations, sales operations, financial operations, etc.
Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed.

Experience
1-3 years of experience (plus points if you've worked at a start-up)
Relevant Skills
Are fluent in English and Filipino (ideal)
Can create structured documents and slide decks
Time management and prioritization
Ability to context switch and work in multiple workstreams
