You can support our daily Operations work by creating inspection protocols and ensuring they are always delivered to our front-line inspection teams in time.
The Job
SIP stands for Special Inspection Protocol or equivalent to a report template that our inspectors use to write their inspection report online and generate a pdf report for our customers.
The SIP Team design the interface of the application, through a drag and drop interface, and codes the mapping of the data filled in the app to the pdf report template.
You will be expected to:
· Review/Create Special IP: provide review feedback, minimize the Special IP creation time by suggesting the most efficient method, create Special IP and verify if meets client's requirements.
· Collaborate with the other departments: improve the communication between the Project team and the other departments by giving improvement suggestions to the other departments, meet the service level expected by the requestor.
· Give a good service level: Reach the requirements and the deadlines of the different requests they receive from internal/external QIMA team members.
· Manage 1 to 2 specialist: Track their productivity and reach budget targets, grow the team and find area of improvements and evolution for each members.
The Candidate
It could be you if you have:
· A university degree graduate of Information Technology (IT) or any related course
· Adaptability to a fast-paced working environment.
· High computer skills on Office Word.
· Good command of English (spoken and written).
· Background in coding specifically in Excel, Java and Python.
· At least 5Mbps speed internet at home.
It also helps if you:
· Have 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in quality control
· Pay a lot of attention to detail, even when working fast and meeting tight deadlines
