Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Spare Parts Inventory Analyst is responsible for the proper recording, storage and inventory accounting of Spare Parts and Swine Medicine
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving Management
1. Ensures that received spares parts/swine medicine from supplier are of exact quantity and right quality as stated in the delivery document.
2. Ensures proper handling and storage of spares parts/swine medicne with drawn from warehouse. Storage Management
3. Determines storage area and monitors warehouse capacity and allocation.
4. Performs item condition check of all Spares Parts / Swine medicne to ensure proper arrangement, storage and preservation of all inventory items .
5. Ensures that spares parts / swine medicine storage complies with requirements set by 5S/GMP and company standards.
6. Supervises the agency team if they are working properly. Inventory Management
7. Conducts cycle count of all Spares Parts / Swine medicine items stored in the warehouse.
8. Ensures that Spares Parts / Swine medicine inventory count reconciles with accounting perpetual count.
9. Prepares and submits daily and monthly spares parts / swine medicine inventory reports for management's information.
10. Ensures that all Spares Parts / Swine medicne movements in the warehouse are properly documented.
11. Monitors and submits regular report on Spares Parts / Swine medicne aging. Near to expire product should be reported immediately.
12. Monitors Spares Parts / Swine medicne movement and reports to Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager for FIFO non-compliance.
13. Prepares report on weekly inventory on-hand of satellite warehouses.
14. Monitor Spares Parts / Swine medicne System and Actual
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
● Any Bachelor of Science degree. Preferably in Accounting, BS Industrial / Management Engineering
EXPERIENCE
● At least 1 to 2 years experience in accounting and warehousing in a feed mill company
