QUALIFICATION
College Graduate in any related Engineering Course (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering)
Technical Oriented
Knowledgeable in Excel functions
At least 3-5 years experience in spare parts monitoring and requisition
Excellent planning and analytical skills
Proficient in Inventory Management System
Ability to analyze data and generate accurate reports
Detail-oriented, with focus on accuracy and efficiency
Knowledge of safety standards in storage and material handling
ISO oriented is an advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Supervise daily Spare Parts operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and record keeping
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular monitoring, cycle counts, and reconciliation
Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and safekeeping of spare parts
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing to avoid shortages or overstocking
Prepare regular reports on spare parts usage, stock movements and inventory levels
Implement and enforce safety, security, and housekeeping standards
Develop and train staff on inventory control procedures
Coordinate with the maintenance and production team to forecast spare parts requirements
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.
