Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Highly organized and detail-oriented person with great communication and analytical skills to handle spareparts inventory.
Liaise with Market Unit (MU) & Regional Services Managers in Asia to determine critical service spare parts ABC classification and safety stocks in the most optimum manner
Update ABC and safety stocks of Market units in oracle.
Prepare and secure approval of Min-Max of Asia Market Units.
Work with service managers and consolidate spareparts demand for the whole ROA.
Prepares Asia Services spares dashboard, implement and track service spare fulfillment KPIs, and present monthly reports to Asia Service Leadership.
Partner with Global Services & Supply Chain counterparts to identify and improve service spare parts order fulfillment.
Prepare and provide service inventory forecast to inventory manager.
Prepare E&O reports and lead quarterly E&O discussion with the market units.
Responsible for logistics supplier set up and amendments
Assist in preparation of Freight Duty and Brokerage during standard cost update.
Develop and update standard cost freight calculators.
Maintain and update cycle count scheduling in oracle.
Maintain and update power BI report of spareparts, logistics and warehouse.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or related courses.
1 to 2 years work experience on data analyst.
Excellent verbal and written English skills; ability to communicate effectively and professionally by phone or email.
Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail
Takes initiative and prioritizes tasks (time management)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups
Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines
Solid computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Power BI and ERP.
