Requirements:
Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Spanish
Collections and Finance background is a plus
Proficient in both Spanish and English
Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Double check and review the status of customer's account
Contact customer via email or call to collect the payables or outstanding credit
Document daily collections activity
Maintain an accurate record of all collections
Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies
