Requirements:
Open for Native and Filipino Spanish speakers
Must be fluent in Spanish language
Open for Sr. High School graduate
Background in Customer care is a big advantage
Willing to relocate and work in Davao City or Iloilo City
Responsibilities:
Responsible in authenticating and encoding the account data of the client/customer
Handle order taking
Prepare quality reports of transaction
Responsible in sustaining quality feedback and coaching sessions with Customer Service Representative
Handle quality check and file a report to the management
