Job Responsibilities:
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Assist customers with their banking needs and ensure they receive outstanding banking experience
Provide information and step by step instructions for using online banking services or mobile devices
Inform and suggest new banking products and services to customers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Fluent in SpanishI and English language, both oral and written
Experience is preferred but not required
With willingness to learn
Permanent Residency/Work visa status preferred
Mental capacity to make quick and rational decisions
Tech savvy - knowledgeable in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.)
Effective communication skills and good listening skills
People oriented
Able to multi-task and carry out duties in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work in shifting schedule
