JOB DESCRIPTION:
Will be working for a question-and-answer platform where questions are asked, answered, edited and organized by its community of user
Will be moderating contents based on given guidelines using both English and other assigned language
Will be working in a fast-paced Web environment with Web-based tools
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish business languages
Preferably with at least six (6) months BPO experience (preferably in a customer service program)
Able to read fast without missing important details and demonstrates high attention to details
Inquisitive personality with good analytical skills and a critical thinker
Willing to work in Makati, Philippines (Manila)
