We are looking for a SPANISH CHEF DE CUISINE for a Spanish Restaurant in a 5-star Luxury Resort in Cebu
The CDC who can quickly perpetuate the Spanish culture that embraces modern design and exceptional service, one who have a passion for outstanding customer-tailored service that is both unique and authentic. the Spanish CDC must share our passion to deliver only the authentic taste coming from our specialty restaurants and must make sure that he provide efficient service and create seamless, intuitive, signature experience making our guests' stay free from stress and filled with satisfaction.
We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Cuisine with the proven records of excellent skills in Spanish cuisine to lead the diverse Culinary team of our speciality restaurant by providing support and guidance, implementing and maintaining qaulity standards and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must be
Spanish National (speaks good English)
Minimum 5 years' Experience as a CDC or head chef specializing in Spanish dishes, preferably in a Spanish Restaurant
Must be able to prepare Traditional Spanish and modern Spanish food presented in a Modern style
Preferably has worked in Asia or with Asian chefs
Must be able to run a renowned 70-cover signature Spanish Restaurant, voted best restaurant in Cebu
Hands on chef to lead and develop a small team of chefs,
Must be excellent in interacting with guests
Strong capabilities and experience in menu writing, computer skills, menu costings, food safety management systems, procurement systems and can control food costs
International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environment
Must be with Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
