QUALIFICATIONS
Fluency in Spanish language
Above average English communications skills
With Bachelor's Degree but not required
Must have at least 1 year to 3 years outbound sales experience (cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing)
At least 1-year minimum experience as Insurance Advisor in a BPO setting servicing USA- based client
Determined and driven, with strong self-motivation and high energy levels.
Ability to learn fast and develop a strong technical know-how
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
A self-starter and can work under pressure with less supervision
Reliable and no attendance issue.
PH passport holder is an advantage.
Must be available to start on ASAP
