Position: Spanish Accounts Payable Analyst
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: PHP 65,000 - PHP 80,000 Gross
Schedule: Graveyard Shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM), Mon-Fri (Weekends off)
Work set-up: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)
Requirements:
🔵 Proficient in Spanish both verbal and written
🔵 Open for Filipino nationals that is Fluent in Spanish and English
🔵 Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or any related studies
🔵 2-5 years experience in handling Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay or Processing Invoices
🔵 Knowledgeable in the end to end process of Accounts Payable/Procure to Pay
🔵 Experience in using Accounting software and and tools is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
🔵 Make sure that all outgoing Payments are paid in a timely manner.
🔵 Handling all Accounting Transactions.
🔵 Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
🔵 Comply with all Financial policies and regulations.
🔵 Support Internal/External Audit activities
