Role Description As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa. This is a full-time on-site role located in Siargao Island, Surigao Del Norte. You will be responsible for supervising staff, providing excellent Guest service, handling receptionist duties, conducting training sessions, and ensuring that all spa services are delivered to the highest standards. Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, including the ability to manage and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with Guests and Team in a professional and friendly manner Experience in receptionist duties, including answering phones, booking appointments, and handling treatments Experience in training staff to deliver spa services in accordance with established protocols and standards Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial: Experience in a spa or hospitality environment Knowledge of different spa treatments and services Certification in massage therapy or other spa services Ability to speak multiple languages, including English Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A degree in Hospitality or a related field
