Job Description
Responsible for the establishment and execution of short and long-term goals for spa & recreations.
Responsible for driving the guest experience and communication amongst the colleagues orchestrating a smooth guest sequence delivery.
Provides business and strategic directions, including marketing and social activities.
Work Experience
At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity
Experience in the luxury or upscale segment with background in financial budgeting and forecasting is preferred.
Strong guest relations skills.
