JOB DESCRIPTION
Sets the tone for the guest experience and greets the guests with a smile and in a friendly manner, using the guest name.
Operates as a concierge using salesmanship to promote the Hotel Spa facilities and able to answer all guest queries.
Perform spa booking, cashiering function, bid guests' farewell and invite them to come back.
Check on guests' satisfaction, attends to guests' needs and complaints with proper follow up.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Hospitality/Business Diploma/Degree an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
