FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for planning and managing food preparation in restaurant kitchens. Known as the assistant to the head chef's second in command, these skilled individuals perform a range of duties including planning menus, training new staff, and recording inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree/ College Degree, Food and Beverage Services Management or equivalent
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and best practices
Microsoft Office knowledge
Proactive and multiskilled
Works with integrity
Willing to work in Cordova, Cebu
