Ensure high quality of food & beverage is provided at all times.
Assist in supervising the daily operation of the kitchen
Support daily menu planning and menu
In this position, you will act as the second in command in our kitchen, following and enforcing our executive chef's requirements and guidelines. Our ideal candidate is a creative professional who is willing to participate in creating delicious seasonal menus, meal designs and further strengthen our existing menus.
 
Your duties will include recruiting new employees, responding to customer issues, and developing new menu options. You should have excellent communication skills with in-depth knowledge of several cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.

Experience as Sous Chef in a 5 star hotel
Enjoys interacting with people
Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5 star hotel.
Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients and procedures.
Committed to serving food of the highest quality.

Creative with an eye for detail
Must knew Western and Asian Cuisines.
Willing for shift schedule
Qualifications
Educational Degree - completion of at least 2 years in College or vocational/technical course;
Working Experience - at least 2 years working experience as a Chef de Partie (Hot) in a Hotel/Resort or a Restaurant
Trainings / Seminars Requirement - Customer Service, Food handling Trainings, Food Preparation Trainings
Skills - verbal facility in Basic English, good interpersonal skills
