Job Description
What you will be doing:
Supervise the function of the Chinese kitchen employees, facilities and cost.
Manage and analyze the quality, levels of production, food presentation, guest satisfaction, merchandising, marketing. operating food cost and food safety management.
Develop formal training plans and conduct on the job training sessions for kitchen employees.
Work Experience
Preferably a graduate of a degree in Culinary.
Minimum of three (3) years working experience in the same capacity or in a 5-star hotel.
Knowledgeable in HACCP and Food Safety Management System.
Proactive, team player and with ability to work under pressure.
Well-versed in Chinese cuisine and able to cook Chinese Set Menu, Lauriat and Buffet.
Amenable to work in shifts.
