About the Job
The Sourcing Supervisor oversees a team, creates strategy, and builds the candidate network through various sourcing techniques.
As Sourcing Supervisor, You Will...
Supervise a team of sourcing associates and specialists including establishing performance and/or career goals
Ensure visibility of sourcing event status (job fairs, caravans etc.)
Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries and concerns including through our Social Media and various other platforms
Manage sourcing channels: Online, Referral Program, External Events, and Vendor Management
Create strategies to meet client requirements
Conduct & request tests needed for hiring
Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
Participate in job fairs & hiring events
Create and host various promos and activities
Promote recruiting and sourcing activities using job portals, social media, and various tools
Build relationships with internal employees
Requirements:
As Sourcing Supervisor, You Have...
A college degree or certificate is preferred (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
2-3 years experience in BPO Recruitment/Sourcing
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, changing environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds
A creative and resourceful attitude to find the perfect candidates
Excellent attention-to-detail and organizational skills
Ability to work shifts, holidays, and weekends
