Plan and implement long term and short-term sourcing activities
Increase company/employer brand awareness

Facilitate educational tours when needed

Strengthen LGU and NGO partnerships to develop branding and sourcing initiatives
Identify, develop, and evaluate branding activities, based on knowledge of company objectives
Provide leadership and mentoring to Sourcing Associates
Candidate must have Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in handling volume hiring in the BPO industry
The ability to work well with any level in the organization
Excellent English communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
