Our Sourcing Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Sourcing Associates in high-volume sourcing of qualified candidates for open positions utilizing a variety of sourcing channels. In this role you will:
Plan and implement long term and short-term sourcing activities
Increase company/employer brand awareness
Coordinate with external contacts for print and/or media advertisements; and implement and advertise employee referral program
Facilitate educational tours when needed
Coordinate with universities for placement and/or other school activities
Strengthen LGU and NGO partnerships to develop branding and sourcing initiatives
Identify, develop, and evaluate branding activities, based on knowledge of company objectives
Provide leadership and mentoring to Sourcing Associates
We are looking for someone who has:
Graduated from any 4-year course
At least 2 years of relevant experience
The ability to work well with any level in the organization
Excellent English communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Call center experience
Experience in similar position
Experience in volume hiring
