In this role, you will partner heavily with Boulevard's internal recruiting team to ensure we build strong and robust pipelines of candidates. You will utilize your strategic sourcing skills to search and identify talent in a highly competitive market. You will play a critical role in helping to identify founding team member's of our clients organizations by collaborating with the Boulevard recruiters. You will be challenged to think creatively and strategically about sourcing, including seeking new ways to identify talent beyond traditional sourcing methodologies.
Key responsibilities:
Build partnerships with Boulevard recruiters to understand specific criteria around our client's hiring needs
Partner with our teams to develop, implement and manage sourcing strategies for a variety of technical positions
Research markets and candidate pools that correlate to the client you support
Assist in developing posting strategies for maximum exposure
Support our recruiters in the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned clients - including but not limited to managing multiple recruiting queues and scheduling interviews
Outreach to prospective candidates on behalf of our recruiters - both active and passive
Partner with internal recruiting teams to develop robust sourcing strategies and campaigns
Meet or exceed weekly sourcing goals
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle sourcing or recruitment experience
BS/BA Degree
Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to consistently provide innovative solutions to sourcing challenges
Experience successfully sourcing in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
Preferred: Experience working within tech and startup environment
