Join a highly collaborative team as a Sourcing/Recruitment Specialist: Renewable Energy and help us drive recruitment for our client who operates within the Renewable Energy space. this function will give you the chance to work with a wide variety of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with senior leaders, and business partners.

» Manage recruitment to support all vacancies across the business
» Leverage your expertise in Boolean search to help us find the best talent
» Use a range of digital channels to support your talent searches
» Continuously look at new and innovative ways to engage and attract key talent
» Develop best-in-class candidate practices and drive brand engagement
» Support diversity initiatives and campaigns
» Build, nurture, and grow your strategic talent pools

Requirements:
You'll be someone who can bring:
» broad practice in recruitment, preferably in Renewables, Solar, Offshore Wind.
» practice in talent sourcing and driving recruitment across different locations in the APAC or EMEA region
» Innovative approaches to resourcing platforms, tools, and techniques
» The capability to handle multiple stakeholders across different entities.
