Sourcing Manager

Reporting to: Recruitment Director
Were an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back-office services on
behalf of our global clients. As a Sourcing Manager, your role is vital in keeping our customers
happy and contributing to our organizations growth and success.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As a sourcing manager, you will be leading the Philippines sourcing team in creating tactical and
strategic sourcing activities, events, and creative content and concepts for compelling internal and
external advertisement to generate applicant supply to our recruiters and companys job openings.
You will manage all necessary sourcing channels; companys referral program, online and social
media, external marketing, partnerships and vendor management to ensure consistent and
progression yield, as well as comprehensive sourcing and yield reports to stakeholders measuring
ROI, cost of hire and effective planning and use of all sources.
As Sourcing Manager, you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal
information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on
Information Security and Data Privacy.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
Must have a proven track record in managing a sourcing team in a BPO or in a related
industry.
Creative, can conceptualize and execute successful campaigns.
Developing and implementing strategic process in line with profiling and recruiting.
Formulation, review, evaluation and improvement of recruitment strategy and initiatives
and processes and tools to achieve recruitment goals and maintain quality.
Managing and motivating the team to ensure that they produce results, meet,or even
exceed their targets and goals.
Partnering with department members and managers in determining how to continually
improve quality of candidate endorsements.
Knowledgeable in sourcing strategy and ramp planning initiatives.
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
