About the Job
The Sourcing Manager oversees the day-to-day operations in the areas of strategic thinking, building pipelines of talent, employer branding, channel management, pre-screening and harvesting of applicants. This leadership position will play a key role in the development and implementation of initiatives on a per channel basis to attract talent and ensure achievement of hiring targets.
As Sourcing Manager, You Will...
Manage a team of sourcing associates and specialists including establishing performance and/or career goals.
Spearhead the designing of cost effective channel programs that would ensure high quality, sufficient applicants and achievement of hiring goals
Attend calibration sessions with Recruitment, operations and line managers to ensure a good understanding of the right candidate profile
Collaborate with internal and external partners and stakeholders to ensure sustainable sourcing partnerships while maintaining compliance to regulatory requirements and policies
Negotiate with vendors and ensure complete and proper documentation of vendor partnerships
Mentor and develop talent, set clear goals and provide regular and constructive feedback to direct staff and lead the team towards goal achievement and long-term success
Ensure a positive team environment, and promote employee engagement activities in the team
May be assigned projects or tasks that contribute to personal and professional development and to support achievement of team goals
Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
Requirements
As Sourcing Manager, You Have...
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field/equivalent required
At least 5 years experience in a BPO Recruitment/Sourcing environment, particularly with volume hiring
Strong communication skills, good command of English both written and spoken and able to communicate with various levels in the organization
Strong problem solving, analytical and decision making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, changing environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds
A creative and resourceful attitude to find the perfect set of candidates
Excellent attention-to-detail and organizational skills
Ability to work shifts, holidays, and weekends
Strong interpersonal, presentation, sales and negotiation skills
Knowledge in using Google apps is an advantage
