Minimum Qualifications:
• Female
• Can speak and understand Mandarin Chinese language is required
• Must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Business Course or equivalent
• Have at least 2 years work experience as a Sourcing Assistant or related role
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
• Knowledge of market research
• Experience in wholesale or retail industry and dealing with these products such as kitchenware, tableware, houseware, and hardware would be an advantage
Job Descriptions:
• Research potential vendors
• Communicate and negotiate with overseas clients
• Track deliveries and update order records to ensure timely delivery
• Order supplies and equipment based on company's needs
• Make cost-effective purchases and ensure we maintain a fully stocked
• Update internal databases with order details
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers as needed to confirm or change orders
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
• Familiarity with supply chain procedures and know how to create and translate cost analyses
