Job Summary
The Corporate Talent Acquisition Sourcing Assistant is responsible for building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and future corporate talent requirements. Duties & Responsibilities:
Facilitates and implements sourcing of qualified candidates for provincial and Metro Manila roles to fill vacant positions based on established hiring requirements. Identifies and implements efficient and effective sourcing methods based on the nature of the role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Ensures optimization of existing sourcing channels, including online job sites, academic and institutional linkages, headhunters, referral programs, social media, online search engines, etc. Represents the company in all external and internal corporate talent sourcing activities/programs.
Creates and maintains a candidate database for future talent sourcing requirements, and ensures data integrity of all information.
Assists with job posting and advertising processes.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Administers examinations to qualified candidates.
Schedules interviews of candidates to recruiters and/or hiring managers. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. - Willing to be hired under project based employment
