Cielo Talent has partnered with a leading firm in the Biopharmaceutical and Life Sciences to manage their talent acquisition needs across North America. We are actively looking to build a team of top-notch life science sourcing experts across the region. The role will be based in Makati, and presents a unique opportunity to be part of a global talent acquisition team and to become a partner and advisor to the business and stakeholders in their quest for top talent.
The Sourcer is responsible for supporting the recruitment team through their skilled sourcing capabilities leveraging traditional and non-traditional sourcing resources. This individual acts as a brand ambassador for the client and is responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for open positions.
Responsibilities
Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using basic Boolean search language.
Complete market research to find qualified candidates, using information such as alternate job titles, competitors, and salary information.
Evaluate candidates against position requirements.
Assist with administrative tasks.
Update candidate statuses in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System, proprietary systems, etc.).
Timely review of applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system.
Ability to support multiple client accounts at one time.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Experience:
3 years of experience with sourcing/recruitment
Strong experienced in sourcing through various channels preferred
1 year of niche/leadership recruitment/sourcing experience in Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and/or leadership positions
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment technologies and viewing/actioning candidate profiles.
Proficiency in basic Boolean language for searching databases.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
