Position Overview
The primary role of a Solutions Quoting Specialist is to provide administrative and backend support for Cisco SMARTnet Warranty department. This includes creating SMARTnet quotes and working with SMARTnet Sales Specialist to successfully book renewals. This position works cooperatively to promote and develop the Cisco branded maintenance service practice, with the goal of increasing both attach rate and renewal rate.
What you'll do at Insight
Quoting within web based tools.
Report generation.
Provide bids and requests for warranty renewals and takeover opportunities.
Work on administrative and operational issues.
Must have strong problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to multitask.
Skill in organization and time management.
Ability to develop relationships.
Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to join Insight
Associates Degree/Bachelors Degree preferred, with 1-2 years of relevant business experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
Must possess the aptitude to read, analyze, and interpret general business and professional technical procedures, and regulations.
Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and other teammates at Insight.
Requires the ability to work independently and in a cross functional team environment.
Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS applications.
