WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?
Can do Level 3 support and implement projects for SAP HCM - Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll Management, and Employee Self-Service/Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS)
Can formulate and implement system work-around and best-fit solutions to address immediate requirements
Can implement tools that can empower the Users and lessen dependencies on IT group for technical support
Can evaluate current service level and implement standards to efficiently address support requirements.
Can define/ assess business requirements and source for best suited and commercially available solutions or service providers
Can prepare project plans, initiate project and manage ongoing execution of the project and identify issues affecting work progress and recommends solutions
Can define and measure results and effectively communicate status of projects to the team
Requirements
WHO ARE YOU?
You have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
At least 9-10 years of related work experience in Information and Technology
At least 10 Full Cycle Implementation Work Experience.
Strong background in Agile or Waterfall implementation methodology
Certification specific to the programming and/or technology is a plus but not required (i.e. SAP Application Associate for HCM, SAP Solutions Consultant for HR, ITIL)
