ZigZag is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team!
"A Solutions Engineer is a key member of our engineering team who helps bridge the gap between our platform and the customers' needs through creative scripting and custom coding. Being a Solutions Engineering means providing crucial support for our project management team by using our skills to help unblock projects."
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with project managers to successfully establish well-defined technical requirements for project deliverables
Develop and document the implementation of a project's requirements by creating custom-scripted solutions
Analyze, maintain, and improve the quality of our development processes to continually improve the efficiency of our future deliveries
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2+ years of technology and development related experience
An understanding of Web Applications, DB Query Languages, and RESTful APIs
Understands and can write code in either Python, Go, Ruby, PHP, or Javascript
Understands and works with either PostgreSQL or MongoDB
Familiarity with Regex is a bonus
Basic technical writing skills
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
You can break down complex requests into easy to understand actionable items
You focus on delivering quality projects in a timely and well-communicated manner
You continually strive to understanding new technologies and develop new skills
*We are currently on a temporary work from home setup due to the current situation. Candidates must be willing to work onsite which is in Ortigas, Pasig City once required.
*We pay competitive market rates! Our expected salary range is Php35,000 to Php65,000. However, all great candidates will be considered regardless of the compensation requirements.
