Job Summary:
The Solutions Development Associate serves as a technical subject matter expert on energy and distribution management solutions portfolio such as but not limited to Networks Work and Asset Management including Mobility, and Outage and Distribution Management including Geographic Information and Computer Aided Design systems.
Performs technology scanning, develops solutions roadmap, and maintains operations plans for the medium-term line up and full-stack solutions landscape based on business and technology strategy, management directions and regulatory inputs.
Ensures the completeness of solution and product information in detailed designs, updated actual specifications and plans, acceptance reports, and pre-go-live operational acceptance test criteria.
Conducts the solution's post-Go-Live support and post-implementation review, assessment and reports.
Manages the evaluation and acquisition of solutions aligned with technical standards, technology strategy and procurement policies.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Computer Science/ IT, Business, or any similar course
Preferably has 5 years of relevant work experience in IT solutions development
IBM Maximo-related certification preferred but not required.
Excellent business communication skills
High level of analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
