QA Tester
Job Description:
Review and analyze system specifications
Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies and test plans
Create, update, and maintain test cases and test data
Execute test cases (manual & automated) and analyze results
Design and develop automation scripts when needed
Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
Report and document bugs and technical issues
Help troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions
Provide support and documentation
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science and/or other related courses.
Experience in end to end Software Testing Life Cycle.
Ability to create comprehensive step by step test cases.
Ability to perform Functional Testing (Smoke Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing).
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
Proficiency with JIRA.
Familiarity with Agile based methodologies.
Preferably with basic .NET programming skills.
Performance Testing Experience and Automation Experience is a plus.
Must be detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to keep track of multiple tasks at once, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks appropriately.
Self-Motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment
Experience in Telco industry is a must
Preferably with Salesforce Platform and Oracle BRM technology experience.
