Description
We are in need of a Solutions Architect for a software development and consultancy company that provides software solutions for various industries here in the Philippines. The company takes pride in working closely with the customers to identify their needs and the best way to address them through software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and Architect end to end solutions content that characterizes what products or services are being
proposed and how these services will be delivered
• Estimate for Project or Program Management and or technical effort to drive scope and produce
deliverables
o Create and Develop a bill of materials or resourcing and staffing plans
o Provide costing or pricing support
o Write and Provide content for bids and proposals
• Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve
• Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
• Write and provide content for bids and proposals
• Work closely with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure hardware is
available for projects and working properly
• Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various departments
• Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
• Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
• Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
• Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information
Technology. Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant IT or Operations experience on the following areas, including 2 years of
Project or Program Management experience
o Software Development
o Application Support
o Infrastructure Support
• Project management and leadership skills are essential
• PMP or ITIL is a plus
• Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
• Experience in software engineering and design architecture
• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
• Professional experience working with and analyzing computer hardware and software
• Extensive knowledge and experience working with operating systems
WORK SCHEDULE:
To work in the office at least twice a week
WORKDAYS:
Monday to Friday
STANDARD TIME:
9am to 6pm
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
