Position: Senior Solution Analyst (I07) / Solutions Analyst (I06) / Senior Solution Developer (I05) Summary: The successful candidate will participate in the ongoing Production Support for Mobile Billing and Ordering systems for the largest telecommunications company in Hong Kong. He / She will be part of the team that resolves incident tickets, and performs bug fixing as well as enhancements to the current systems. Job Duties:  He / She will be responsible for ongoing maintenance support of the Mobile Billing and Ordering system with the following scope of duties:  Analyze and resolve incident tickets, batch job failures and mobile problem support  Develop the required application enhancements with complete test cases  Provide ongoing 7 x 24 supporting to monitor the system running smooth  Candidates with more experiences will be considered in senior positions The Person:  University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or Data Science related disciplines  Skilled in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Shell scripting (must)  Skilled in Unix (must)  Skilled in Core Java with XML (optional)  Experienced using WebLogic / Tomcat / Apache (optional)  Willing to work on weekends / holidays / night for the primary support (must)  Able to work under pressure  Effective verbal and written communication in English  Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills  Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment  Skilled in Java (must)
