Your Role and Responsibilities Engage with client teams in understanding business context and defining effective solutions. As a consultant with banking experience advice business on direction to take. Direct teams effort to define technical, operational and user requirements. Present solution and get stakeholder buy-in. Work with infra-architects to define the infrastructure setup needed. Guide and mentor teams to deliver the solution. Define reference architecture and standards for teams to adhere. Conduct reviews to ensure compliance. Foresee potential problems and proactively suggest improvements. Build framework components and complex parts of the solution. Hand off solution to operational support teams, and assist support teams in troubleshooting production problems. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Banking experience Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Solutioning and delivery of complex projects/programs, including complex application and/or system integration projects.
